Former Paul, Weiss partner and longtime trusted advisor to Grain joins the Firm as it advances its institutional development and expands its multi-strategy investment platform.

A highly regarded private funds attorney, Hussein brings more than two decades of experience advising some of the world’s leading investment firms on fund formation, governance, strategic transactions, and organizational growth. Prior to joining Grain, she spent 23 years at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she advised sponsors of private investment funds across a broad range of strategies. Her work included the formation and operation of multi-investor funds, separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles, secondary transactions, strategic joint ventures, and investment management M&A transactions.
