Columbus, OH, Oct. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BIBIBOP Asian Grill is taking on the 3 p.m. slump with a new brand campaign, The Good Energy Bowl, designed to get guests rethinking their lunch as fuel to get them through the afternoon, their to-do list and well into the evening.
According to one study, Americans experience an “afternoon slump” for 29 minutes, starting at 3 p.m. BIBIBOP wants guests to take those minutes back, starting with a bowl built on probiotic goodness, balanced nutrients and powerful antioxidants. The Good Energy Bowl campaign launched across all 79 BIBIBOP locations, in-store and on social media.
“The afternoon coffee run or social media scroll is universal,” said Dee Hadley, CMO of BIBIBOP Asian Grill. “We’ve all looked for that quick pick-me-up when 3 p.m. rolls around. But the Good Energy Bowl is about starting that conversation earlier in the day and asking people to think about lunch differently: what do you want to accomplish during the rest of your day?”
According to a new food report from Tastewise, energy is emerging as a leading benefit consumers seek from food, taking priority over other benefits such as weight loss. The Good Energy Bowl campaign celebrates the range of BIBIBOP ingredients used to increase energy. From purple rice and sweet potato noodles to KBBQ beef and kimchi (a fermented Korean staple), each base, protein and hot and cold topping served at BIBIBOP is prepared in-house, so guests can build a bowl to keep productivity and energy levels high.
“Good energy starts with what you put in your bowl,” said Chef Larry Geller. “With our customizable bowls, guests have the freedom to build a meal with high-quality ingredients that focus on complex carbs, high fiber and plenty of protein to fuel their day.”
By putting choice and high-quality, gluten-free ingredients at the center of every bowl, BIBIBOP invites guests to build a meal around satisfying flavor and how they want the rest of their day to feel.
